Standard Bucket

Tool Introduction

• The PS Standard Bucket applies unique arc side edge plate to prevent material from scattering, and lessen insert resistance, which increase productivity by 10%, we also robust the design for higher breakout force.
• The high wear-resistant secondary cutting edge is bolted to the main bottom blade, and which is interchangeable with the bucket teeth.
• According to the height of the customer‘s unloading, we have configuration of standard lift arm, high lift arm and Supper high lift arm. According to working condition, the bucket is installed with tooth or cutting edge.

Recommended Applications

• This bucket is mainly used for hauling, loading/unloading, stock piling and cleaning in ports, docks, etc. It can also be used for general construction applications including material handling.

Rock Bucket

Tool Introduction

• Standard rock bucket: The bucket is equipped with straight and flat main cutting edge as well as durable side cutting edge teeth. After finite element analysis (FEA) and on-site test, the bucket features high strength and durability.
• Spade Nose Rock Bucket: The V-shaped main cutting edge effectively reduces the resistance when inserting into material. With high wear resistant bucket tooth and secondary cutting edge, the bucket features high strength, wear resistance, impact-resistance through finite element analysis and the actual working conditions verification.

Recommended Applications

Log Grapple

This Wheel Loader with triple tool is special for loading and stockpiling log in forestry, at port and on railway. The grapple can also be changed with bucket. The selection of grapple needs to base on the size and weight of log.

Type/Upper teeth combined 

• Small min circle easy to hold the wood and not easy to cause the wood to slip. The width is relatively small and the upper single tooth design suitable for working 3-6m and small diameter logs.

Type/Large Capacity Configuration 

• The fork is large circle and small width, the upper and lower teeth are jointed in a circular state, it is suitable for working 4-6m and small diameter logs, unloading is greater.

Type/Corresponding Teeth

• Can use single tooth extracted one log from log pile ,The area of the hoop and fork width is large, it suitable for working 4-9m and grasp multiple logs once.

Type/ Crossed Teeth

• Small min circle easy to hold the wood and not easy to cause the wood to slip, it is suitable for working 3-9m and large dimeter logs.

Hose Grapple
