SEM AP team held a Product and Sales Training on 8 Nov 2018 for our SEM dealer, Castle Power Solutions (CPS) and their sister company, Monark Equipment (CAT dealer), at Monark’s branch office in the area of Cagayan De Oro, the Philippines.
A total of 12 participants from both companies attended this training, including CPS Sales Manager for SEM, Mr. Ricky S. Toribio and Monark’s Branch Manager, Mr. Gerald M. Helbiro. The training was conducted by members of the SEM AP team (John, Alson and Leonard)
The training focused on introducing the SEM brand to our SEM and CAT dealer, leveraging on the SEM products to gain incremental PINS (complementing dealer’s CAT sales) and setting the right expectation on SEM products. The training also includes high-level introduction to all four product groups (WL, MG, TTT, SCOM) that are available from SEM and its key selling points over competitors. The training was concluded with walkarounds of SEM products (636D, 655D, 816D and 510).
Participants have better understanding on the SEM brand and the key advantage of SEM products after attending this training. They are more motivated and confident to market the SEM brand and products in this city.
