To better support our dealers and customers aftermarket service, we conducted a very comprehensive survey in the first half year of 2019. Based on the survey results, we identified the real pain points and started SEM digital platform project phase I (now we name it with “SEM e-Service” project to solve.
Our goal is to deliver best in class services to SEM dealers and customers via the following solutions:
• Meet the login and accounts control needs with CWS Single-Sign-On solution
• Access all business data and information on one DCP system by integrating multiple SEM business systems
• Provide easy and accurate access to parts and technical information specific to machine model and serial number
• By sharing specific technical information with customers under certain business scenarios and commercial conditions to reduce troubleshooting and machine downtime, improve dealer service and parts sales opportunities, and increase customer satisfaction.
